The Swiss-based Duo Minten & González starts from the desire to create a common lan- guage beyond any aesthetic line or tradition, as well as from the conviction that musical understanding goes beyond these categories. In this project Luz González (live electro- nics) and Rebecca Minten (bass clarinet) provoke and support each other in equal parts by the use of multiphonics, live processing, sinus tones and pure noise. Minten&González has been touring across Europa since 2023. 

In 2026 they released their debut album “ruins of a non-existent place” with Prefer Music (CH), wabi sabi tapes (FR) and Aut Records (DE). 

Minten&Gonzalez were guests at Mixtur Festival 2026, Primi Copenhagen, Sonorities Festival Belfast 2024, Vekks Vienna, echoraum (AT), Neue Musik St. Ruprecht (AT), noiseberg Berlin, Hosek Contemporary Berlin, la Voirie Biel etc.
