Zhanar Bereketova / hoope

At first two unconnected events, they happen at the same time and visually rhyme. So, I question whether it is the sun that makes me spin a hoop or it is me who affects the sunrise.

Zhanar Bereketova (25.05.1990). Artist and graphic design lecturer. Resides in Almaty. Graduated from the University of Hertfordshire, with a BA (Graphic Design). Since 2017, she has been practicing contemporary art with a focus on performance. Zhanar embraces site-specificity, explores event as a concept and explores physicality.
