CALL FOR WORKS 2025 / 2026

The 7th edition of the Internationales Digitalkunst Festival invites artists from all fields and disciplines to present their works in the following categories:

1. Fixed Digital Media (2025)

This category considers works without live elements — pieces that exist in a fixed state as pre-rendered files. If it fits inside an MP4 or WAV file, it’s welcome!

Selected works will be presented in our Algorithmic Random Selected AV Exhibition & Listening Sessions at HumBase, Diakonissenbunker, and Kulturinsel in Stuttgart, Germany.

Exhibition dates: 8, 14 & 28 November 2025 (from 18:00 CET)

Accepted formats: MP4 & WAV

Duration: unlimited

Age limit: none

Submission fee: none

Screening fee: none

Content type: unrestricted

2. Music, Sound & Performance Art (2026)

This category considers any work performed live by one or more artists (humans or machines). Selected artists will have the opportunity to present an existing project live. Performances should involve digital or analogue technology in some way. Selected works will be performed at various locations across Stuttgart, Germany, during November 2026.

Event dates: 7, 14, 21 & 28 November 2026 (estimated)

Line-up: solo artists and small groups

Duration: flexible / undefined

Age limit: none

Performance or commission fee: available

Travel & accommodation: negotiable
